What's New This Year?
Here's a summary of benefit changes for 2026.
Increases to Premiums, Deductibles, and Copays for Medical Plans
For 2026, we are introducing a modest premium increase across all health plans, and adjustments have been made to deductibles and copays. While national trends show significant medical and prescription cost hikes, we’ve worked hard to keep our changes minimal. This careful adjustment ensures that our members continue to access high-quality healthcare services at competitive costs.
Please see the 2026 Cost Benefits Guide for details.
Increased Account Limits for Dependent Care Flex Spending Account (DCFSA)
We’re excited to share that limits for the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) will increase for the upcoming plan year. This change offers greater flexibility for eligible expenses and supports your family care needs.
Please note, after Open Enrollment closes, some Highly Compensated Employees (HCEs) may be subject to contribution limits based on IRS nondiscrimination testing. If you are impacted, you will be contacted individually before January 1 with details and next steps.
Increases to Contribution Limits for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA)
FSA and HSA contribution limits will increase in line with IRS guidelines as follows:
FSA Contribution Limits
- FSA Annual Limit: $3,400
- DCFSA Annual Limit: $680
- Carryover Limit: $7,500
HSA Contributions Limits
- Self-Only Coverage: $4,400
- Family Coverage: $8,750
- Catch-Up Contribution (Age 55+): $1,000

Important Enrollment Notice
If you do not wish to change your current benefits, you do not need to take any action. The only exceptions are flexible spending accounts and purchased vacation, which must be elected annually per IRS regulations. Members participating in a Health Savings Account can update their contributions at any time. If you do not log in to make elections, you will be re-enrolled in the same coverage you elected for 2025 but will automatically waive purchased vacation and other benefit accounts.
If you are a new hire and do not make a benefit election by enrolling or waiving coverage within 30 days of your hire date, you will automatically be enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan at the Member Only level.
