Trying to Quit Tobacco?
Haworth offers a free program to help you quit tobacco use. Quit for Life provides coaching over the phone, and is available to Members, spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children. If you complete the program by June 30, 2026, you will be eligible to receive a refund of tobacco surcharges paid during the current plan year. Additional rules apply.

What is Rethink Benefits?
Rethink’s award-winning, research-based program provides support to parents raising children with learning or behavior challenges or developmental disabilities and is available to members at NO COST.
Parents can take advantage of live teleconsultation with master’s and PhD-level behavior experts to answer questions and provide guidance as they support their children in reaching their top potential. Teleconsultations can take place over the phone or via video chat, day or night, weekday or weekend.
Rethink provides parents with a variety of resources, training, and support in a simple web-based format. Parents have access to printable materials such as flashcards, worksheets, schedule templates, and token boards. They can watch hundreds of easy-to-follow videos from an expansive library depicting behavior experts and educators teaching children skills.

Virtual Doctor Visits
Getting sick is never convenient. Many illnesses make a visit to your doctor’s office impossible. Healthcare provider Priority Health offers telehealth or telemedicine apps enabling you to see a board-certified doctor through a virtual visit—anytime, anywhere. The information from your virtual visit will be sent to your primary doctor, and a prescription, if you need one, will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.

Milk Stork for Traveling Mothers
Balancing the responsibilities of being a new mother and traveling for work can be overwhelming. Work travel can be especially challenging for nursing mothers with babies who depend on their milk for nourishment.
​​​​​​​Haworth is demonstrating its support for working mothers by providing Milk Stork—a way to transport breast milk home from anywhere in the world—to help put nursing mothers at ease when traveling. Details about how it works are available on the right.

AllOne Health
Members can reach out to AllOne Health, a free and confidential employee assistance program, to speak with a mental health clinician about any issues impacting their well-being. By calling 1-800-788-8630, you and your family members can schedule up to seven free counseling sessions per person to take place by video, telephone, or in person. These short-term sessions are helpful to use while waiting to be seen by a mental health provider. Wait times for AllOne Health counseling appointments are typically 2-3 days by video or telephone and 5-7 days for in-person. Immediate support is available if needed.
